Conferences and summits
One attendee record from registration to check-in.
Registration, payment, attendee details, badges, sponsors and entry stay connected. On the day, your team works from the same information prepared before the event.

Registration for different audiences
Create separate forms for attendees, members, speakers or staff. Each form can have its own URL, ticket types, availability dates and terms. Collect the fields relevant to each audience without making every person complete the same form.
Card and invoice payments
Individuals can pay by card through Stripe. Organisations that need an invoice can place an order for later confirmation. Tickets are issued when the order is confirmed as paid.
Check-in and badges
Scan the ticket, admit the attendee and print a badge at the same desk. Assigned table or row information can be shown during check-in. Walk-ins can be registered and issued a ticket on site.

Sponsors and exhibitors
Give sponsors and exhibitors their own login in Participant Portal. They can provide logos and documents, manage their staff list and distribute allocated tickets without sending each update by email.

In practice

A summit in Tokyo and a conference series across regions
The French Business Summit uses Event Stacks for registration and attendee check-in. imec uses a shared conference structure for events in the United States, Europe and Asia.
For recurring conferences, each edition remains a separate event while reusable information can carry forward. Registration, badges and check-in stay connected to the same attendee records.

Questions organisers ask
- Can we print badges when attendees arrive?
- Yes. Access Stack can print a name badge when an attendee is admitted and show an assigned table or row at the same time.
- Can we register walk-ins?
- Yes. A walk-in can be registered and issued a ticket at the desk. The ticket is available for scanning immediately.
- Can we collect dietary requirements and job titles?
- Yes. Add custom fields to a form or ticket type. A field can also appear only when an earlier answer makes it relevant.
- Does it support assigned seating for a dinner?
- Yes. The floorplan supports tables, zones, rows and seats. Each seat is linked to one ticket and can be shown on the ticket page and during check-in.
- Can we run the same conference in several countries?
- Yes. Each edition can have its own timezone, currency and settings, while speakers, sponsors and catalogue information remain available for reuse. A new edition can start from a copy of the previous event.
