Can departments manage their own ticket allocation?

Yes. Allocate tickets to an organisation or department, and its authorised user can add recipients and send the tickets through Participant Portal.

Who can see and change information internally?

Event Base supports Admin, Editor and Viewer access. This allows a stakeholder to view information without giving them permission to edit it.

Where does our attendee data live?

Each organisation has its own database and domain, separate from other customers. Card payments are processed through Stripe, so card numbers do not reach Event Base.
