Solutions
Every event works differently.
Festivals, conferences, corporate events and sports venues do not all need the same setup. Event Stacks lets you use the parts that fit your event, from registration and participants to gates, sales, staff and reporting.

The categories are a starting point. The final setup depends on how your event actually works.

Before, during and after the event.
01
Prepare
Set up registration and ticketing, collect exhibitor information, prepare products and points of sale, organise staff and assign work.
02
Run the event
Scan tickets, monitor entry, record sales, coordinate teams and keep track of staff hours.
03
Report and reuse
Review attendance, reconcile sales, check time records and export reports. Keep reusable information for the next edition.
Use only the parts that fit.
A conference with no booths does not need point-of-sale tools. A corporate event can use registration and approvals without public ticket sales. A sports venue may focus on seating, gates and concessions. Each event is configured separately.

It started with our own festival.
Event Stacks grew from the practical work of running Belgian Beer Weekend Japan: vendors, gates, sales, staff and reporting all moving at once. The same connected system can be configured to suit the way each event works.
Read our story →Questions organisers ask
- Does our event have to fit one of these categories?
- No. The categories are useful starting points, but Event Stacks is configured around the work your event requires.
- Can one organisation run different kinds of events?
- Yes. Each event has its own features, team, timezone, currencies and settings, while reusable information remains available across the organisation.
- Do we have to use every feature?
- No. Features are enabled for each event. Parts that are not relevant stay out of the way.
- Can we reuse information for the next edition?
- Yes. Exhibitors, products, contacts and other reusable information remain available. Event-specific settings are prepared for the new edition.
