Live Operations

See what is happening across the event.

The live dashboard brings admissions, POS sales, exhibitor revenue and connected devices into one read-only view for the operations desk. It refreshes automatically while the event runs.

One screen for the operations desk

Keep the information needed during the event in one place. The dashboard shows attendance by gate and ticket type, POS sales recorded so far, exhibitor revenue and the devices currently connected to the event.

Monitor without changing records

The dashboard is read-only. It can remain open on a back-of-house display without creating a risk that someone changes a ticket, sale or attendance record from the shared screen. Corrections are made in the part of Event Base that owns the record.

See when a device goes quiet

The connected-device view shows which gate and sales devices are still communicating with Event Base. The operations team can investigate a tablet that has stopped sending data before the missing updates become difficult to trace.

Keep the record after the event

Attendance, sales, time records and the activity history remain available after the venue closes. The activity history records who made a change and whether it came through Event Base, an on-site app, an AI tool or the system. Survey results can be reviewed as totals by question.
