Sales Stack

Record exhibitor revenue at the handover point.

For events using coins, tokens or vouchers, Sales Stack records the revenue reported by each exhibitor and links it to the correct stand for confirmation and settlement.

Identify the exhibitor and stand

Choose the exhibitor and the point of sale they are reporting for. Scanning the exhibitor QR code can select both at once, which is useful at a busy revenue desk.

Count the event currency

Tap once for each coin, token or voucher being handed in. The app calculates the value using the rate set for the event, then records the entry with the exhibitor signature when required.

Confirm the handover

The entry arrives in Event Base as pending. The exhibitor reviews and confirms it through Participant Portal, giving the organiser a clear record for settlement.

For settlement rather than checkout

Sales Stack does not process a customer payment, calculate change or record products sold. It records the amount an exhibitor reports. Formal event sales totals come from POS Stack.

Questions organisers ask

Does money move through Sales Stack?
No. The app records a handover that has already taken place.
Who confirms the amount?
The exhibitor confirms the pending entry through Participant Portal. The signature taken on the tablet stays with the record when signatures are used.
How is it different from Vendor Stack?
Vendor Stack records products exchanged with a visitor at the booth. Sales Stack records the total revenue an exhibitor reports to the event team.
Can a mistake be corrected?
A pending entry can be deleted. Once it has been confirmed, the correction is handled in Event Base so the settlement record remains clear.
