The proposal covers Event Base and the Stacks and features your events require.

How you use the system
We consider factors such as the number and scale of your events, the size of the team using Event Base and the operational setup at the venue.

Ticket creation
A ticket creation fee applies when Event Stacks is used to issue tickets. The applicable fee is included in your proposal.
A proposal for your setup
Your proposal will set out the licence, the expected usage it covers, applicable ticket creation fees and any optional services or equipment. This gives you a clear basis for budgeting without committing you to features your events do not need.

- Why is there no public price list
- Event Stacks can be used in very different ways. We first understand your events and how you expect to use the system, then prepare a proposal for that setup.
- Do you take a cut of ticket sales
- Ticket revenue is paid directly to your own Stripe account. Event Stacks charges a fee for tickets created through the system. The applicable fee is stated in your proposal.
- Can we start with one event
- Yes. You can begin with one event and review the setup before adding others.
- What happens between events
- Your catalogue, participant records and event history remain available. Reusable information can be carried into the next edition.
